Clients are responsible for using services in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Some of our services may involve third-party tools or platforms. AddizTech is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of these external services. Clients acknowledge and accept the use of third-party platforms as part of their project execution.
AddizTech respects client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information without prior consent, except where required by law. All information shared with AddizTech during project execution is treated with the highest standard of professional confidentiality.
AddizTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms & Conditions, fails to comply with payment obligations, or engages in unlawful or unethical behavior. Termination does not exempt the client from settling outstanding payments.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. For international clients, disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or as outlined in the signed service contract. Local matters remain under the jurisdiction of Lahore courts, Pakistan.
